Ed Holland is a grandfather, a volunteer, a good neighbor, and an all-around good guy. He sees plenty of struggle as he connects with people in the community, but he also sees hope.
In his retirement, he became a dedicated weekly volunteer at Crisis Assistance Ministry. He knows the heartaches and hardships that our neighbors face and that is why he is so passionate about sharing his time and resources to help the neighbors who visit here for assistance every day.
This year, he joined our Board of Directors where he continues to support families in financial crisis as a volunteer and a financial donor. It’s one way he expresses his hope for the future.
You can extend that same hope to many more in our community by joining Ed with a gift of any amount during our Challenge campaign.
Right now, your gift can help more of our neighbors overcome the challenges facing them with the help of these Charlotte leaders:
- Howard and Julie Levine-Howard R. Levine Foundation
- Anna & Ed McMahan
- Kasey & Stuart Proffitt
They will match every gift, dollar-for-dollar, between now and May 31, 2023 (up to $500,000). Thanks to their generosity, your contribution will have DOUBLE the impact — go further — do more — and help more hardworking families right here in our own community.
By answering their Challenge, you can help more of our neighbors achieve housing stability and economic empowerment.
